Paul has been an absolute godsend in more ways than one. He set my IT up from scratch when I switched from a franchise to going it alone, explaining everything and training me where it was needed. He’s always on the end of a phone at any hour of the day if issues arise or I’m struggling to do something. What had been a big headache for me had been resolved in a matter of half an hour. You were so patient with me and didn’t once get frustrated at my complete helplessness! Your charge was also very reasonable and affordable for a small business such as mine. I will have no doubt in recommending your services to anybody or company that needs IT assistance. When it comes to technology, I am OK using what I know.
